Returns

At Clubhaus we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If there's something that just didn't fit or perform to your standards, please email us and we’ll get it resolved through replacement, refund, or store credit.

To initiate a return please forward your original confirmation email to info@clubhaus.bike and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Bike frames, complete bikes, and special orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee if returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once a return is received we will inspect it and notify you by email if it was approved or rejected.

If you are approved, we will process a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

It may take up to 7 business for the refund to show on your credit card.

Note, we will deduct the return shipping from the refund.

Order Cancellation Fees:

If we process the order and it is cancelled, we will refund the entire order less the 3% transaction fee if payment was collected.

Refunds on Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We will issue a store credit if you want to return a sale item.
